Program Details:
Purpose:
- • Recognizes Members who design and/or conceive innovative technological concepts and effective energy utilization that are proven through actual operating data.
- • Communicates innovative systems design to other ASHRAE Members.
- • Highlights technological achievements of ASHRAE to others, including associated professionals and societies worldwide, as well as building and facility owners.
Application Requirements:
- • Applicant must be an ASHRAE member or member of an Associate Society.
- • Entrant must have had a significant role in the design or development of the project.
- • The project must have been in operation for a minimum of one year.
Categories:
- • Commercial Buildings - new &used
- • Institutional Buildings - new & used
- • Health Care Facilities - new & used
- • Industrial Facilities or Processes - new & used
- • Public Assembly Facilities- new & used
- • Residential Buildings - new & used
- • Alternative or Renewable Energy Use
Chapter Competition:
A Short Form Award Application must be submitted before April 15, 2008.
Regional Competition:
Chapter winners in each category may submit their Short Form Applications before May 1, 2007 for judging at the Regional Level.
Society Competition:
Regional winners in each category may submit a Long Form Application before July 31, 2008 for judging at the Society Level.
