ASHRAE San Diego Foundation 2012 Candidates Announced
Candidates for the 2012 doard of directors for the ASHRAE San Diego Foundation (ASDF) are listed below. All members of the San Diego chapter will be asked to participate in electronic elections in December. Your vote is important to the ASDF.
ASDF board members are primarily responsible for maintaining the long term financial assets as well as develop annual charitable giving strategies for recommendation to the ASHRAE San Diego Chapter. The ASDF is a separate 501(c)3 corporation and manages approximately $120,000 in investments and overseas an additional $20,000 in ASHRAE San Diego funds that are part of the San Diego State University Endowment. Together this principle generates over $6,000 annually in scholarships and awards as determined by the chapter.

ASHRAE San Diego Foundation
The ASHRAE San Diego Foundation is designed to meet the long range charitable goals of the ASHRAE San Diego Chapter. We do this by managing long term investments and make recommendations of annual charitable levels distributed by the chapter in forms of educational scholarships and other donations.
